customer reviews for large windows

I ordered two sets of panel blinds. One blackout and one standard for two large sliding glass doors. Before making the final decision, I ordered numerous sample patches to help me decide on the best color and most importantly, material. The blinds came within the specified time and arrived in a well reinforced box to keep from damage. The first set went up without a hitch after reading the instructions. The second set I had an issue with of my own mistake. (I put the draw cord on the wrong side) I contacted the company and was told to send back the wrong one and they would send out a new one at NO CHARGE!WOW! Although I had to pay for the return postage, I had no problem with this since it was my fault in the first place. But for them to make and send a new track at no charge was great customer service. Will be ordering again soon. ThanksView this product

Had vertical vinyl blinds. Hated them. Installed a curtain that covered the entire patio dor. Hated that also. Ordered the panel track blinds, so much nicer and easier. This is,the way to go especially for a sliding patio door.View this product
